Lead with a two-page chronology that cites exhibits by ID. Put raw exports in an appendix. Auditors skim; they dig when citations fail. If every claim requires hunting through chat dumps, trust erodes quickly.
Exhibit hygiene

Separate facts from interpretation
Keep interpretive commentary in a distinct section. Mixing opinion into log excerpts forces reviewers to untangle your conclusions from the source—rarely a compliment.
Version the pack
When updates arrive mid-review, issue a dated delta rather than silently replacing pages. Partner diligence in fintech often spans weeks; versioning prevents contradictory quotes from older PDFs.
